The helping field has just begun to realize that workers are profoundly affected by the work they do, whether it is by direct or secondary exposure to traumatic events. This four hour workshop is developed specifically for individuals in the helping field (nurses, police offers, human service workers, animal care workers and more!) Learn how to balance and revitalize your work and home life!
